Welcome to Pullgain ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pullgain platform, website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pullgain is a marketplace that connects investors with investment products from banks and investment houses across Africa. We do not provide investment advice, and all investment decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.3 Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

• Investor Accounts: For individuals seeking to invest in products listed on our Platform
• Seller Accounts: For banks and investment houses offering investment products

4.1 Marketplace Services

Pullgain provides a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between investors and sellers of investment products. We do not:

• Provide investment advice or recommendations
• Guarantee the performance of any investment product
• Act as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor
• Hold or manage your funds directly

4.2 Third-Party Products

Investment products listed on our Platform are provided by third-party financial institutions. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or legality of these products. You should conduct your own due diligence before making any investment decisions.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Investment values can fluctuate and may result in losses
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before investing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by sellers
• Market conditions, regulatory changes, and other factors may affect your investments

6.1 Platform Fees

We may charge fees for certain services on the Platform. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform

• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading practices
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
